I had the pleasure of attending the EQ i2.0 certification program led by Dr. Ragland Thomas. Ragland did an exceptional job simplifying the conceptual framework and grounding it with relevant, real-world examples.
His dedication to support learning was evident as he went out of his way to ensure the the content was grasped fully.

Ragland was my coach and trainer for EQ-i 2 certification. He is a master in this subject. More importantly he was able to bring practical insights to ensure that the learning was fun and easy (even though we were doing this virtually). He is always willing to help and support beyond the prescribed curriculum.

The flow of content was really helpful for a Consultant to understand the process of Consulting with questionnaire, practical models and framework. The insightful aspect of each session, was the discussion on case studies from HBR, connecting concepts and real time business scenario.

Excellent course on OD and learnt very practical insights to manage change. Few concepts I could implement immediately which has helped in managing current work situation well. Unlike other courses it’s not text but very practical. Small batch size gives a very focused attention of the faculty.

Ragland is outstanding facilitator who brings the best out of the attendees. This comes from his vast industry experience and his keen interest in people and their wellbeing. I have thoroughly enjoyed attending the program at the same time continue to engage with him to become a better professional. Ragland ensures to make the learners comfortable not just with the terminologies, but the interpretations, and coaches you step by step to become a confident assessor.
